The Future of Peripheral Nerve Repair and Recovery
PEG-FUSION
Neuraptive has licensed technology from the University of Texas at Austin (UT) for an investigational PEG-fusion approach to the surgical repair of severed peripheral nerves. NTX-001 incorporates this technology and is being developed with the goal of improving the speed and quality of functional recovery following these injuries.
BIORESORBABLE
NERVE STIMULATION
Neuraptive has exclusively licensed a bioresorbable wireless nerve stimulation platform from Washington University in St. Louis, developed in collaboration with Northwestern University. NTX-002 is an investigational device in preclinical development designed to deliver targeted electrical stimulation to an injured nerve, then resorb without a removal procedure.

Neuraptive is advancing a pipeline of investigational technologies for peripheral nerve injury.
NTX-001 is an investigational drug-device combination product in Phase 3 clinical development, intended for use during surgical repair of transected peripheral nerves. NTX-001 leverages the 505(b)(2) development pathway (comprised of previously approved pharmaceutical ingredients) presented in sterile solutions.
NTX-002 is an investigational bioresorbable wireless nerve stimulation device in preclinical development.

Our Partners
The in-licensed and issued patent estate from the University of Texas protects the method of repairing nerves embodied in NTX-001. We have invented a novel delivery device, a formulation and a kit design for which separate patent applications have been filed. Patent protections is expected to extend through 2038.
